An elderly street vendor has been hospitalized for nearly two weeks after a car plowed into his tamale stand in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Police Department told PEOPLE that a black Nissan Sentra left the roadway near the 2800 block of Maple Avenue at approximately 9:52 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, and struck two pedestrians.
