PLAYA DEL REY – A Canyon Country man is facing murder charges after police say he crossed into oncoming traffic, struck a BMW carrying four family members in Playa del Rey, killed a 1-year-old boy and his uncle, and then ran from the scene.
Moises Santiago Rodriguezleiva, 28, is charged with two counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of felony hit-and-run resulting in death or serious injury, according to the criminal complaint.
