A Reedley farmer who went viral for giving away thousands of nectarines faces court Monday in a lawsuit against a fresh produce supplier based in Los Angeles.
The trial is scheduled to begin on July 20, with Cesar Mora’s farm against Giumarra Brothers Fruit Company.
