The Crystal View neighborhood of Tujunga is not large, just seven small cul-de-sacs off one main road – about 100 homes. But in the last month, at least seven homes have been broken into, and residents are worried.
“They’re very scared,” said Debbie Kane, the captain of her Neighborhood Watch. Her next door neighbor was victimized two weeks ago in the middle of the afternoon.
“They dressed all in black, hoodies, mask,” Kane told Eyewitness News. “You can’t see them. One stays in the car, three jump the side gate, go in the back, break in, get what they can, and they’re out.”…
