In-N-Out Burger faces a lawsuit after a former cook accused them of firing her over her religious beliefs. According to TMZ, the former employee, Arianna Rodriguez, claimed that she had only requested for a different work schedule due to her Christian beliefs. Rodriguez claimed that the fast food restaurant chain’s Long Beach branch treated her differently.
According to the suit, Rodriguez had worked at the outlet as a chef for about five years. She claimed that all this while she did not face issues with her schedule as she could attend church on Sundays.
