The Powerball jackpot climbed to a whopping $975 million Monday and although no one won the main prize, one lucky person is walking away a million dollars richer after a ticket worth $1.4 million was sold in West Hollywood.
A ticket matching five numbers from Monday’s drawing was sold at a 7-Eleven convenience store located at 5700 Santa Monica Boulevard, the lottery announced.
