Five men were arrested following an investigation into an alleged fraud scheme involving mail theft, identity theft and fraudulent credit cards at a Glendale apartment complex, according to the Glendale Police Department.
The investigation began after detectives received reports of unknown individuals removing mail belonging to residents at an apartment complex in the 500 block of West Colorado Street.
