A former Los Angeles police officer has again been indicted on a murder charge in the fatal shooting of an unarmed 29-year-old man in Venice more than a decade ago, prosecutors announced Monday.
The fatal encounter unfolded on May 5, 2015, near the Venice Beach Boardwalk, where then-LAPD Officer Clifford Proctor and his partner responded after Brendon Glenn and his dog were removed from the Bank of Venice restaurant on Windward Avenue.
