Alhambra police officers responded to a reported robbery at a 7-Eleven on Chapel Avenue after two suspects allegedly entered the store with a simulated weapon, jumped over the counter and took the cash register drawer before fleeing in a getaway vehicle.
About 30 minutes later, officers received a Flock notification identifying the suspect vehicle near Garfield Avenue and Glendon Way. Officers initiated a pursuit on westbound Interstate 10.
The pursuit ended when the vehicle was involved in a traffic collision…
