A woman in Los Angeles lost both of her legs below the knee after a driver crashed into her table while she was enjoying a meal in the outdoor seating area of a local restaurant.
The incident occurred outside Los Cinco Puntos restaurant in the Boyle Heights neighborhood on July 7, according to local outlets KTLA, CBS LA and NBC LA.
