A burglary suspect who returned to the scene of the crime in Hollywood Hills was arrested in connection with the theft of a bicycle valued at $5,000.
On Tuesday, the man entered a Hollywood Hills garage and took the pricey bike, police told NBC4 Investigates. The theft was discovered the following day and reported to police.
