Hazmat crews responded to a La Habra neighborhood Tuesday after a report of a chemical leak prompted a shelter-in-place notice Tuesday.
Los Angeles County Fire Department emergency crews responded to the 500 block of South Cypress Street at 11:57 a.m. for the reported hazmat incident.
Upon arrival, crews found a factory that manufactures industrial chemicals with an orange smoke plume showing from the roof.
