A Los Angeles dad moaned at police for ticketing his 13-year-old daughter after she illegally rode a minibike through the city.
Marvin Deleon and his 13-year-old daughter, Leilani, were among more than 70 people slapped with citations Sunday afternoon for roaring through Los Angeles streets on minibikes, according to police.
Cops said they moved in after witnessing the mob ‘blocking the 6th Street Bridge, performing donuts and wheelies, riding on the wrong side of the roadway and weaving in and out of traffic.’…
