LONG BEACH – A pedestrian struck by three vehicles and killed in Long Beach was identified Monday.
Juvenal Banderas, 65, died at a hospital after being struck about 7:25 p.m. Sept. 13 on Pacific Avenue, north of Pacific Coast Highway, according to the Long Beach Police Department. Only one of the three vehicles stopped as required.
Responding officers found Banderas in the roadway and rendered aid until paramedics from the Long Beach Fire Department arrived and took him to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, police said…
