Part I crime in West Hollywood was down more than 10% through August compared with the same period last year, according to the latest crime report from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department West Hollywood Station.
The report, prepared for the West Hollywood Public Safety Commission’s Sept. 28 meeting, shows 1,161 Part I crimes reported through August 2026, compared with 1,292 during the same period in 2025 — a 10.14% decrease.
