Palmdale Traffic Collision Leaves 2 Dead, 1 Hospitalized

PALMDALE, Calif., Mar. 4 (KNN) — A traffic collision in the city of Palmdale Sunday evening left two people dead and one patient hospitalized.

California Highway Patrol officers and Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to the area of 106th Street East and Ave T around 7:50 p.m. for a reported traffic collision with multiple people trapped.

Upon arrival, fire department personnel were able to extricate one of the three trapped occupants and transport them to a local area hospital. The other two occupants were pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Los Angeles County Coroner responded to the incident.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
