Driver Killed in 2-Vehicle Collision on 110 Freeway

HISTORIC SOUTH-CENTRAL, LOS ANGELES, May 8 (KNN) — A traffic collision involving two vehicles on the 110 Freeway overnight, left one driver dead at the scene.

California Highway Patrol’s Central Los Angeles officers and Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to a two-vehicle crash shortly after 2:30 a.m. on the northbound 110 Freeway at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in the area of Historic South-Central.

A white minivan and a gray Dodge Charger were the two vehicles involved in the crash. LAFD paramedics pronounced the driver of the Charger deceased at the scene.

The cause of the crash is under investigation. There are no further details at this time.
