LOS ANGELES – Authorities Wednesday are investigating the fatal shootings of two men in the Vermont-Vista area that police say may be gang-related. The shootings were reported at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday and officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Newton Division responded to a smoke shop at 8651 Figueroa St. near Manchester Avenue.
