Chaos erupted in a University of Southern California classroom on Monday when a student was taken into custody after allegedly striking an assistant professor with a metal water bottle, as reported by KTLA. The incident, occurring shortly after 11 a.m. within the confines of Dauterive Hall, prompted a response from both USC’s Department of Public Safety and the Los Angeles Fire Department.
