Report Reveals Lowest And Highest 2025 Medicare Drug Plan Costs For Los Angeles

A just released report reveals the lowest and highest 2025 stand-alone Medicare drug plan costs for Los Angeles. The difference between the two is $1,918.80 per-year in premium costs for a senior.

The analysis of 2025 Medicare prescription drug plans (Part D) found that Cigna Healthcare offered the lowest available monthly premium for Los Angeles Zip Code 90011. The highest plan, from Blue Shield of California, will cost $1.80 monthly.

The highest monthly premium will be $161.70 according to the findings. Seniors will have 16 different stand-alone Medicare drug plans available to choose from for 2025. Starting October 15th, Medicare gives seniors an opportunity to switch to lower-cost or better drug plans for the coming year.
