Meddina, was arrested and later charged with multiple felonies, including kidnapping with intent to commit r-pe, communicating with a minor with intent to commit se* acts, arranging a meeting with a minor to commit se* acts and other charges after he reportedly pretended to be teen to meet 16-year-old girl.
