Two individuals have been arrested in connection with a sweeping auto theft operation that spanned across Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office. On November 22nd, law enforcement officials served search warrants at two residences in Compton resulting in the arrests of 23-year-old Joel Quinonez and a 16-year-old male juvenile. The suspects are thought to be behind a spate of vehicle thefts, specifically targeting high-performance Dodge Ram Hellcat TRX trucks and commercial burglaries.
