SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The California Interagency Council on Homelessness Wednesday unveiled their 2025-2027 Statewide Action Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness.
Cal ICH says that the plan is a bold and data-driven roadmap to address one of the state’s most urgent crises and that the three year plan will set goals for the state to advance work on strengthening accountability for local governments receiving state funding.
