LOS ANGELES — Law enforcement agencies around Los Angeles County are planning beefed-up patrols to encourage St. Patrick’s Day revelers to not drink and drive.
The Los Angeles Police Department plans a saturation patrol from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday in the Hollywood and Wilshire areas, police officials said.
