From $8M Lot to $68M Luxury Listing: Mark Wahlberg’s Former Mega-Mansion Could Be One of Beverly Hills’ Most Lucrative Flips

Two years after actor and entrepreneur Mark Wahlberg sold his sprawling Beverly Hills estate for $55 million, its current owners have returned it to the market for $68 million.

Wahlberg purchased the 6.2 acres of land in 2009 for $8.25 million. Using architect Richard Landry, Walhberg built a 30,500-square-foot mansion. The French-inspired estate took five years to complete. In 2022, Wahlberg listed the property for $87.5 million. The following year, the estate sold for $55 million–a far cry from his original asking price but still the most expensive home sale in Southern California in 2023.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Wahlberg relocated his family to Nevada in 2024 and spent $15.6 million on a plot in a luxury community…
