The body of a teenager matching the description of a 13-year-old boy reported missing out of the San Fernando Valley over the weekend has been located in Oxnard, officials announced.
Family members of Oscar Omar Hernandez reported him missing on March 30 after he failed to return from visiting an acquaintance in Lancaster, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson told KTLA.
