Los Angeles is in for a cold and wet weekend this week. Some mountain areas across the San Gabriel Valley and Ventura County could also see showers and thunderstorms as early as Thursday afternoon.
As temperatures will remain around the 60s and 70s throughout the week, rain is expected to move over the region by Saturday. By then, the mountains could even see some snow.
On Thursday, in the valleys and the Inland Empire, residents will likely experience a cloudy morning with the hope of afternoon sunshine, and temperatures should climb up to 73 degrees.
