MONTROSE, Calif. — A missing juvenile from the unincorporated area of Montrose was safely located on May 5, three days after being reported missing, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. On Friday, May 2, the department filed a critical missing juvenile report. Following a thorough investigation, two adults from Thousand Oaks—Brandon Holguin, 25, and Kayleigh Kaplan, 23—were arrested for charges including child abduction, human trafficking, and identity theft.
