Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass announced that more than 45 Angelenos were brought inside from a longstanding encampment through the latest Inside Safe operation near several businesses and a Metro rail station in Highland Park.
But will they return to the streets shortly thereafter?
“Through more than 100 operations, Inside Safe has and will continue to save lives,” said Mayor Karen Bass. “Inside Safe is urgently bringing Angelenos inside from schools, places of worship, businesses and more to restore communities through Los Angeles.
