Man accused of assaulting officers during Paramount immigration raid arrested

A man who allegedly threw chunks of concrete at officers conducting an  immigration enforcement operation in Paramount was taken into custody Wednesday at the U.S.-Mexico border in a negotiated surrender, the FBI announced.
