Man finds intruder inside luxury L.A. home, holds him at gunpoint until police arrive

A man who called police to report someone inside his upscale Hollywood Hills home took matters into his own hands and held the suspect at gunpoint before officers arrested the suspect, according to police.

The Los Angeles Police Department responded to a residential burglary call in the 1700 block of Crisley Way around 1:35 a.m. Saturday, a department spokesperson confirmed to KTLA.

“The homeowner stated that a suspect was inside his house,” the spokesperson stated.

When officers arrived a short time later, they found the homeowner holding the suspect at gunpoint. That suspect was then taken into police custody.
