Violent group attack on beloved South L.A. taco truck caught on video

A taco truck described as a staple of the South Los Angeles community was hit by a group of suspects in a brazen late night attack that was entirely caught on camera.

Per the Los Angeles Police Department, several calls regarding an assault with a deadly weapon came in to dispatch around 12:10 a.m. Monday in the area of Slauson Avenue and Avalon Boulevard.

“One caller said there was a large group of suspects armed with bats and rocks,” an LAPD spokesperson told KTLA. “Another caller said they were breaking windows and assaulting employees at the location.”…
