LOS ANGELES – A 41-year-old woman was wounded when a gun was fired by an unknown person in the Wilmington area of Los Angeles, authorities said Monday.
The shooting occurred at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of West Anaheim Street at Hawaiian Avenue, according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
