The termination of a pursuit caused all traffic to be stopped on the 405 Freeway on Sunday morning.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers were originally dispatched on a call regarding a man with a gun. A location was not provided.
Responding officers eventually initiated a short pursuit, LAPD said, and the suspect stopped on the southbound side of the freeway near the 101 Freeway interchange, preliminary information indicates.
