After a little girl was found walking around the streets of West Hollywood alone, a man identified as her father was arrested, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department exclusively told NBC4 Investigates Friday.
The 5-year-old child was spotted at around 11 a.m. Wednesday after someone called 911, seeking help for the girl who was wandering around and asking for food.
