A man is facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon on a federal agent.
The incident began when Homeland Security agents were arresting a woman in downtown Los Angeles on a federal warrant on Sunday. That’s when, police say, a man hit an agent with a skateboard to help the woman who was being detained.
