Authorities in Los Angeles are investigating two grim discoveries made at separate impound lots this week, after human remains were found inside vehicles that had been sitting for days before staff noticed signs of foul play. On Monday, police were called to Hollywood Tow on Mansfield Avenue after employees reported a strong odor coming from a Tesla that had been sitting in the yard for nearly five days. The vehicle, registered in Texas and connected to a 20-year-old musician known for the viral hit “Romantic Homicide,” had been towed from the exclusive Bird Streets neighborhood.
