Victorville Man Honored with Courage Award After Being Shot While Saving Domestic Violence Victim

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A Victorville man who sustained life-altering injuries while trying to stop a brutal domestic violence attack was honored by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office with a Courage Award.

Jorge Ramírez Galdamez, 44, received the recognition during a ceremony hosted by the Rotary Club of Pasadena, where the District Attorney’s Office honored individuals for acts of extraordinary bravery and selflessness.
