Protests erupt across Los Angeles after ABC and Disney suspend Jimmy Kimmel

Protesters gathered Thursday outside ABC’s Hollywood headquarters, voicing anger over the network’s decision to suspend Jimmy Kimmel Live! indefinitely.

The move followed controversial on-air remarks made by host Jimmy Kimmel in connection with the killing of political activist Charlie Kirk.

More than 200 demonstrators had lined the sidewalk at 6801 Hollywood Blvd, the film location for Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Videos posted by LA County Unleashed showed supporters holding handmade signs and chanting in support of Kimmel.
