The suspect is identified as Haley Harris, who is 23 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighs approximately 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Found wearing a tan T-shirt, the clothing of Kionii Haugen at the time she went missing remains unknown.
