TikToker shot by federal agent in South LA appears in federal court

A TikToker who is accused of attacking immigration agents with his car in South Los Angeles was taken back into custody Monday following a federal court appearance.

Ricardo Parias, who was shot along with a deputy U.S. Marshal during what federal officials described as a targeted enforcement traffic stop last Tuesday, appeared handcuffed in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom while his family members looked on.
