A man was behind bars Thursday in connection with the fatal shooting of a 66-year-old woman in the West Athens area near South Los Angeles.
Tony Stacy, 67, was being held in lieu of $2 million bail on suspicion of murder, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
