Rowdy fans, street takeovers prompt dispersal orders after Dodgers win World Series

The Los Angeles Police Department issued multiple dispersal orders as fans took to the streets to celebrate the Dodgers’ incredible win in Game 7 of the World Series over the Toronto Blue Jays.

The LAPD issued the initial Tactical Alert at about 5:45 p.m. as a precaution before Dodgers fans could take the streets to celebrate a potential victory.
