Detectives with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau said there have been no arrests made yet into a Halloween night shooting that left two people dead.
Homicide Bureau officials identified the victims as Elijah Harts, a 30-year-old Encino man, who died at the scene, and 27-year-old Anthony Mora, a Newhall resident.
