The Pasadena Public Health Department (PPHD), in partnership with the Los Angeles County Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) and Pasadena Public Libraries, has introduced a new Free Gun Lock Distribution Program.
Announced by PPHD Director Manuel Carmona, the initiative provides residents with free gun locks as a practical step to address the ongoing challenges of gun violence and unsafe firearm storage.
