Residents rally against RV impound yard proposal in L.A. neighborhood

Residents in Lake Balboa rallied Wednesday against a proposal to turn a Metro parking lot into an RV impound yard.

City officials want to convert the pay-to-park lot at the Balboa Station, located along the Metro G (Orange) Line, into a storage site for impounded RVs.
