The Los Angeles County medical examiner is speaking out about an unusual secrecy order in the death investigation of teen Celeste Rivas-Hernandez — a case that has drawn intense attention because the body was found inside a Tesla registered to the R&B singer D4vd.
Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Odey Ukpo said his office was ordered last week to place a security hold on the case, blocking the release of Rivas-Hernandez’s cause and manner of death, as well as her full autopsy report.
