Multiple people were injured Thursday when an ambulance transporting elderly patients collided with an SUV in Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD).
The ambulance was carrying a 94-year-old man and an 81-year-old woman to a local hospital when the crash occurred. In total, five patients are being transported to local hospitals, including two LAFD firefighters who were aboard the ambulance.
