At a Regular Public Safety Commission meeting on Monday, December 8, Lt. Ashley Turner introduced Sgt. Omar Luevano as the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s West Hollywood station’s new acting field supervisor. Luevano replaces Lt. Jason Duron, who was recently promoted and reassigned to the Lost Hills Station.
“Sergeant Luevano brings 31 years of experience with him,” Turner told commissioners. “Ten of those years have been here in West Hollywood. He’s super engaged with the community — you name a business, he knows the owner.”
