Crews responded to a home in Tarzana on Monday after more than a dozen people were exposed to an unknown substance, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The incident unfolded around 11:30 a.m. in the 18000 block of West Cassandra Street, a residential neighborhood off Reseda Boulevard just south of Ventura Boulevard. Officials identified the location as a sober living and recovery home.
